As a perishable good, we do not accept returns. This policy outlines how else you can get in touch about changes, cancellations, and issues with your FIX. order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

CHANGES

If you'd like to make a change to your order, such as the date of delivery or the product ordered, you'll need to contact us with the request up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day for NSW or ACT orders, and 72 hours prior for orders going to VIC or QLD. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your box upon receipt and contact us immediately if the box is missing, damaged, incomplete, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify any issues. You must report any issues to us within five days to qualify for a refund.

REFUNDS

In the event of an issue with your order or a cancellation, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. We will offer an appropriate refund if it can be shown that the product you were charged for was not provided as it should have been. This may include providing documents or images to us so that we may validate any claim. Depending on the circumstances, we may, in our sole discretion provide a full or partial refund of the purchase price or provide you with a credit to be applied to future deliveries.
