Delivery and Collection Information



All deliveries are completed by our delivery partner, utilising their Australia-wide network of refrigerated trucks and vans.

Our products are dispatched in recyclable double core cardboard boxes, packaged with ice packs and insulated thermal liners to keep the contents of your box cool to provide you with optimal freshness.

In the case of longer deliveries interstate, we use chilled line-haul to ensure your order remains chilled as they travel to your location.

The minimum order is $100.00. Delivery is calculated at the check out. Free delivery is available for orders over $250.00.

Deliveries are made with zero contact.

All packaging used in your FIX. order is either reusable, recyclable, compostable or biodegradable.


We deliver to areas in NSW, ACT, QLD and VIC. We dispatch your order from our fulfillment centre in Sydney. Order cut-offs and subsequent delivery days and times will depend on your location as transit times will vary.

If only one day is shown this means this is the only delivery day for your location.

All deliveries will arrive between 7am & 6pm on your chosen delivery day.

At checkout you may choose your preferred delivery date.

If an order cut off for a particular delivery day has passed, you will be unable to select it in the calendar.


Since we will be required to transport products interstate, order lead times will vary depending on your location. Please see the below for order cut off times:

  • For deliveries scheduled for Thursday, orders are required to be placed by 4pm Tuesday
  • For deliveries scheduled for Friday, orders are required to be placed by 4pm Wednesday
  • For deliveries scheduled for Saturday, orders are required to be placed by 4pm Thursday
QLD / VIC (including Byron Bay)
  • For deliveries scheduled for Friday, orders are required to be placed by 4pm Tuesday
  • For deliveries scheduled for Saturday, orders are required to be placed by 4pm Wednesday


You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order with us, containing your invoice.

The evening before your delivery day, you will receive a text message with a tracking link.

The tracking link will be updated on your chosen delivery day to provide you with a more accurate delivery window.

At the completion of your delivery, you will also receive a text message with a photograph of the delivered goods for reference. We recommend customers view this to ensure they collect their box as soon as possible after delivery to ensure items remain chilled.

As deliveries may be left unattended (at the sole discretion of our delivery partner subject to reasonable directions from you), please provide delivery instructions in the field at checkout to ensure your order can be left safely for you (ie. leave inside front gate, or apartment foyer access code).

If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building you must provide the access code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can be left safely.

FIX. and their delivery partner will use all practicable means to ensure reasonable instructions provided by you are followed.
