A quintessential champagne with layers of flavour and texture. Orchard fruits, Mirabelle plum, warm brioche, nougat, brown spices and long-lasting bubbles. A true blend of the region, 40% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir and 20% Meunier, and an uncommon high percentage of reserve wines (50%) to add depth and character. Modest in body, offering a great affinity with food or stand alone. There are three Heidsieck producers in Champagne, Charles Heidsieck is the smallest and the most prestigious.
