Created by Brian Murray, this has to be one of our favourite pies. Filled with seasonal greens grown at the STIX Farm on the banks of the Hawkesbury River, our Greens Pie is our take on a traditional Greek spanakopita. We've taken feta, lemon and a hint of nutmeg, added it to the earthy greens - kale, spinach and silverbeet - and packed it all in a crispy filo pastry. It's a super-cosy dish that you may have to ration for yourself! "Just one slice" can very easily turn into three.
Onion, garlic, olive oil, kale, silverbeet, spinach, dill, parsley, basil, nutmeg, allspice, feta, egg, lemon, salt, pepper, filo pastry.
Contains: wheat (gluten), milk, egg.
Store in freezer for three months from date made OR keep in refrigerator for up to three days.
